Most repairs are done there and then. If a part needs ordering or the job needs more time, we’ll arrange a drop-off or take the device to our workshop and return it once it’s fixed.
No Fix, No Fee: if we can’t repair it, you don’t pay for the repair. Completed repairs come with a warranty from 1 month up to 36 months: our basic service includes 1 month, and the bigger the job, the longer the warranty.
If parts are needed, we charge the lowest manufacturer rates and agree the price with you before ordering.
