Most repairs are done there and then. If a part needs ordering or the job needs more time, we’ll arrange a drop-off or take the laptop to our workshop and return it once it’s fixed.
If we can’t get your screen working, you don’t pay for the repair. Every replacement screen we fit is covered by a warranty from 1 month up to 36 months: our basic service includes 1 month, and the bigger the job, the longer the warranty. If the new screen develops a fault, we’ll put it right.
The replacement screen is charged at the lowest manufacturer rate for your model and is always agreed with you before we order it.
Fitting a new panel usually takes under an hour once we have it. Common screens often arrive quickly, while less common or touchscreen panels can take a few days. We’ll tell you the timescale before ordering.
