A technician visits your premises, finds the cause of the problem and gives you a no-obligation quote before any work starts.
Most repairs are done there and then. If a part needs ordering or the job needs more time, we’ll arrange a drop-off or take the equipment to our workshop and return it once it’s fixed.
If we can’t fix the problem, you don’t pay for the repair. Our work comes with a warranty from 1 month up to 36 months: our basic service includes 1 month, and the bigger the job, the longer the warranty. If the same fault comes back during that time, we’ll put it right.
Any parts or software licences are charged at the lowest available rates and always agreed with you first.
