Desktops, all-in-ones & custom builds · No Fix, No Fee · Warranty from 1 up to 36 months
When your desktop PC refuses to boot, crashes mid-task or takes an age to load, you need it fixed without carrying a heavy tower across town. PC Masters repairs desktop computers, all-in-ones and custom-built PCs at homes and offices across Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Harpenden and Leighton Buzzard.
We work on every major make, including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer and ASUS, as well as self-built machines. Your technician tracks down the real cause, whether that is a failing power supply, a worn-out hard drive or a broken Windows update, and talks you through the options before touching anything.

Book online in a couple of minutes or call 0800 145 5521. Tell us what’s wrong and pick a time, Monday to Saturday, 9am–8pm.
A technician visits your home or business, diagnoses the fault and gives you a no-obligation quote before any work starts.
Most repairs are done there and then. If a part needs ordering or the job needs more time, we’ll arrange a drop-off or take the computer to our workshop and return it once it’s fixed.
If we can’t fix your computer, you don’t pay for the repair. When we do fix it, the work is covered by a warranty from 1 month up to 36 months: our basic service includes 1 month, and the bigger the job, the longer the warranty. If the same fault returns in that time, we’ll sort it.
Any parts are charged at the lowest manufacturer rates, and we always agree the price with you before ordering.
No. We’re a call-out service, so a technician comes to your home or business anywhere in Luton and the surrounding towns. If a repair needs workshop time, we can arrange a drop-off or take the computer away and bring it back once it’s fixed.
Often, yes. Swapping a hard drive for an SSD, adding memory or fitting a new graphics card can give an older desktop years of extra life for far less than a new machine. We’ll tell you honestly whether an upgrade is worth it.
Yes. We work on self-built towers as well as branded desktops and all-in-ones, including power supply, motherboard, cooling and graphics card faults.
We treat your data with care and never wipe a drive without your permission. If a hard drive is failing, we’ll try to copy your important files to safety before any other work starts.
