A technician visits your home, tests the hardware and gives you a no-obligation quote for any repair or upgrade before work starts.
Most repairs are done there and then. If a part needs ordering or the job needs more time, we’ll arrange a drop-off or take the PC to our workshop and return it once it’s fixed.
If we can’t fix your gaming PC, you don’t pay for the repair. Repairs and fitted upgrades come with a warranty from 1 month up to 36 months: our basic service includes 1 month, and the bigger the job, the longer the warranty. If the same fault comes back during that time, we’ll put it right.
New parts such as graphics cards, SSDs or memory are charged at the lowest manufacturer rates and agreed with you before we order them.
Yes. Tell us your budget and the games you play, and we’ll recommend the parts, build the PC, install Windows and drivers, and test it before handing it over.
It depends on your PC. For higher frame rates it’s usually the graphics card, for faster loading an SSD, and for smoother multitasking more memory. We check for bottlenecks first so you don’t spend money on the wrong part.
