Same-day call-out · No Fix, No Fee · Warranty up to 36 months
When a computer lets you down, the last thing you want is to carry it across town. Our technicians come to you anywhere in Chertsey, and same-day call-outs are usually available Monday to Saturday. We also cover the rest of Surrey, plus nearby Weybridge, Staines-upon-Thames and Feltham.
Our technicians handle everything from screen replacements and battery swaps to data recovery, virus removal and business IT support, on Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MacBook and custom-built PCs. Many repairs are completed on the spot.
Book online in a couple of minutes or call 0800 145 5521. Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll give you a free diagnosis over the phone.
A technician comes to your home or office in Chertsey, usually the same day, checks the fault and gives you a clear quote.
Most repairs are done there and then. If a part needs ordering or the job needs more time, we’ll arrange a drop-off or take the device to our workshop and return it once it’s fixed.
You won’t pay for a repair we can’t complete. When we do fix it, the work is backed by a warranty from 1 month up to 36 months: our basic service includes 1 month, and the bigger the job, the longer the warranty.
If parts are needed, we charge the lowest manufacturer rates and agree the price with you before ordering.
